‘Fin as Oshin’ featured on FATEA’s ‘connections’ downloadable album

In the spring I was chuffed to receive a great review of my album from FATEA Magazine… and was even more chuffed when I was asked to consider contributing a track for a showcase album featuring artists who had impressed the magazine! Needless to say, I was pleased to say yes!

The album features eighteen artists: mostly folk, traditional and singer-songwriter in genre, including gems like Cherrygrove (Scotland), Crossharbour (London-based Irish trad.), Kate In The Kettle (Kate Young, feat. Marit Fält), and BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award Nominee Hattie Briggs, alongside many others (including myself!).

The album was compiled to ‘give a taste for folk and roots oriented music’ and encourages listeners to ‘seek out the works of the artists included in this compilation and in the wider music community’. It’s FREE to download until 31st October – no catches, no sign-ups – just click –> here or on the icon below to follow the link to the site. Happy listening; it’s a fab album and I hope you find some artists whose music you really enjoy!
